SIGNUP PROCEDURES

1. Fill out parent consent form including parent signature.

One form for each sport, for example if your child is playing baseball and track then you need to fill out two forms.

2. Paper clip the form and fee and put them in the folder.

3. Checks made payable to St. Mary Athletics and the fees are the following:

Basketball-----------$70 or $80 if you need athletic shorts

Track ----------------$55

Baseball-------------$75

Softball--------------$75

4. Signups are over on October 29 for basketball and practices start November 11.

5. Signups are over on February 25 for track, baseball, and softball and practices start in early March.
